"This group totally exceeded my expectations! I have become much more aware of my inner critic. It has given me the strength and confidence to recognise its purpose but also to let it know that I’m doing well without the voice dragging me down. Since taking part in this course I have made so many positive changes, including learning to be kinder to myself and understand what behaviours I have linked to my ADHD."

"I don't think my words can express my gratitude and appreciation for Hannah and everything she has taught is and helped to empower us all. She is very talented and knowledgeable but she has so much empathy and it's very clear she wants us all to not only be living well with ADHD but to be thriving. I have learnt enough to be my own advocate too which is something I could have never imagined being able to do actually before working with Dr Hannah. She is wonderful and I could not ask for better, I can't even provide constructive criticism because there isn't anything that could be improved."
